The officer in charge of USS Truman has been relieved of his duties after a collision which forced the aircraft carrier to dock at Souda Bay.
The aircraft carrier that collided with a merchant tanker off the coast of Egypt pulled into Souda Bay, Greece, for repairs, U.S. 6th Fleet announced on Sunday. The Navy’s Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center will assess the repairs needed on USS Harry S.
