Jun 6, 2024 · We were seated on the floor in the center of the stage towards the back. During his pre-show banter Stephen was nice enough to have the camera put up a shot of the ceiling with a kaleidoscope pattern for those of us who couldn’t see it. Stephen screwed up during the 2nd segment and had to re-record his line, which was interesting to see.

May 13, 2023 · I think it's also a factor that the original Colbert report had Stephen Colbert as a character, whereas on the late show, he's being him. Like you, I noticed the change, but I'm older, and I don't mind it. I do get a little burnt out with the intros to meanwhile though.

There isn't any merchandise to purchase that I could see although the generic gift shop NYC store sold late show replica mugs for $17.00 (unsure whether they are official partners or capitalising on their location).
