The National Hurricane Center says Sara is no longer a tropical system, but its remnants will likely bring significant rain to Florida mid-week.

Tropical Depression Sara is expected to bring increased rain to Florida midweek with minimal storm impact as it weakens into a remnant low.

Sara, which slammed Honduras, Brazil, and parts of Central America, has dissipated, the NHC said. Though, its remnants are expected to merge with a cold front and bring some rain to Central Florida this week.
