BEIJING, Sept. 30 (Xinhua) -- Olympic champion Zheng Qinwen of China claimed a 6-3, 6-2 victory over Nadia Podoroska from Argentina to cruise into the women's singles last 16 of the China Open here on Monday.

Over her last 10 tournaments, Podoroska has won 35.7% of her return games and 52.7% of her service games. Zheng has won 76.9% of her service games over her last 10 tournaments, and 39.0% of her return games.
