The Seahawks traded one quarterback over the weekend and they waived another one on Tuesday. They announced that Jaren Hall has been dropped from the roster. Hall was a 2023 fifth-round pick by the Vikings and he signed with the Seahawks' practice squad after being cut in Minnesota last year.

For the second time in the past year, Jaren Hall is looking for a new NFL home. The former BYU quarterback has been waived by the Seattle Seahawks, the team announced Tuesday. Hall’s release comes after Seattle selected Alabama QB Jalen Milroe in the third round of this past week’s NFL draft.

All of these players have spent time on Seattle's practice squad. The only one of this group that managed to find his way to the active roster was Jaren Hall late in the season following Geno Smith's knee getting banged up against the Green Bay Packers.
