The FA Cup semi-final draw took place this afternoon. Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa have booked their places at Wembley, and will be joined by either Bournemouth or Manchester City.
Nottingham Forest won their third successive penalty shootout to reach the semi-finals of the FA Cup. Forest have overcome Exeter in the fourth round, Ipswich in the fifth and now Brighton in the sixth all via penalty shootouts, this one putting them one step from their first FA Cup final since 1959.
The club will assess the striker when he returns to the Nigel Doughty Academy from international duty with New Zealand.

Nottingham Forest have been dealt a mammoth blow ahead of their FA Cup quarter-final clash with Brighton after talisman Chris Wood was ruled out of the tie with injury. Wood, 33, sustained a hip issue when on international duty with New Zealand, forced off midway through the clash against New Caledonia at Eden Park.

Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo said it was a big moment for the club to reach their first FA Cup semi-finals in 34 years after they beat fellow Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion on penalties on Saturday.
