A suspect is at large in a hit-and-run crash that killed a man in a wheelchair Sunday night in northeast Dallas. Officers responded shortly after 9:30 p.m. to a report of a crash at the intersection of Abrams Road and East Northwest Highway.

Dallas, Texas - A pedestrian using a wheelchair was killed in a hit-and-run on Sunday night, Dallas police said. The man was crossing Abrams Road around 10 p.m. when an unidentified vehicle traveling southbound struck him.
