BLOOMINGTON ( 25News Now) - An armed suspect was shot to death by police late Tuesday afternoon on Bloomington’s southeast side. A statement released Tuesday evening said Bloomington officers were called about 4:45 p.m. to the 700 block of Fairmont near an apartment complex after several witnesses reported seeing someone who was armed.
