Tuscaloosa police officers and members of the department's SWAT team have arrested a suspect on Feb. 4 after a one-hour standoff at Creekwood Village apartments.

The addition of the courtyards makes the total cost of the project a little over $59 million. The new facility is expected to be finished by 2026.
