Tonight's second program, Graham Chapman's Personal Best (PBS, 10 p.m.), pays rightful tribute to the Python member who died in 1989.

It was the show no one saw coming: Monty Python's Flying Circus debuted on the venerable BBC in October of 1969 and roundly startled a nation. Nobody was quite sure what to make of the show.
