CELI introduces an experiential patio behind its Queen Street West store, blending jewelry retail with lifestyle and community-driven design.

The closure was announced by the Alabama Department of Commerce over the weekend. The center is located in Alexander City, where the original Russell Manufacturing Company was first founded in 1902.
