A judge is set to sentence a man who pleaded no contest to a deadly shooting inside of a northeast Albuquerque movie theater.

Meki Gaono, now 36, was originally convicted of first-degree murder in 2009 and sentenced to life without parole plus 61 years. He was 17 years old at the time.
