3DCenter.org has published an AMD Zen block diagram "with little speculation". The diagram was drawn up from a software patch published by an AMD Technical Staff member called Venkataramanan Kumar.

Igor's Lab also posted some spec sheets as well as the block diagram. They show the GPU will feature up to 128 execution units, probably using Intel's Battlemage architecture.
