I added to the end of my line: background-repeat: no-repeat; and also noticed that my layout table is 1029X something so I changed it to 1029X768 and the repeated image is now gone.

The background-image attribute has a URL property whose value is "myImage.gif." Change that value to the name of one of your GIFs.

Navigate to the image you want to use, select it, and click the Open button. When you open a new window, the image will be in the background.
