You can identify an offline file by the overlay that shows an “x” character in the lower-left corner of the file icon. Instead, an “normal file” icon may display the offline files.

So I *really* like using Irfan View but I also *really* hate those red splotch Icons. Is there a way to leave the associations in tact and still use my own Icons for .jpg, .bmp et al?
