THE OWNERS of a guest house in Colwyn Bay are celebrating their 10-year anniversary, saying relocating to the area was the “best decision they ever made”.
A BUILDING which was previously home to a butchers in Colwyn Bay has been purchased ahead of its auction date. The 74 Abergele Road site was due to go to auction with Auction House Wales on April 16.
The plans are part of the German-owned chain's intention to open more than 40 new stores in the current financial year and invest half a billion.
