Microsoft has launched Bing Video Creator, an AI-powered tool that lets users generate short videos from text prompts. The tools is powered by OpenAI's Sora model.

For now, these settings can’t be changed. The Sora video tool is available on the app under the “Bing Video Creator” section. In there, you can explore existing ideas or describe your own scene.
