The Knights’ athletics department has been tracking season ticket holders who sold or transferred their tickets on the secondary market.

UCF Athletics emailed approximately 600 accounts, stating they had "high secondary market activity" and would not be eligible for seat relocation in the 2025 season. Among those affected was UCF graduate Logan Berkowitz,

Terry Mohajir said UCF Athletics has already begun, and will continue, reaching out to season ticket holders to clarify intent and answer questions.

UCF has clarified an original email that was sent out to some season ticket holders. Per the Orlando Sentinel, the email told some season ticket holders that they were not eligible for relocation of seats for the 2025 season.
