Topic pretty much says it, I had a pc from a friend and it wouldnt show safe mode in the boot menu. There were 2 options, normal boot and windows repair. Did I miss something?

First, while the computer is booting, quickly press the F8 key to open the Advanced startup menu. On the Advanced options screen, simply select the Command Prompt option to open it.
