TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - The University of Arizona Wildcats pulled off the upset win 23-10 on the road in Salt Lake City against the shorthanded Utah Utes. Utah was without quarterback Cam Rising, who missed another game due to injury. In his place, backup Isaac Wilson threw for 280 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.
