GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Green Bay man is in custody following a disturbance on the city’s east side. Officers were called to Tower Motel shortly after 2:45 p.m. Sunday on the report of yelling between the 32-year-old and other people outside. The suspect was allegedly making threats of violence and had a knife.
