A little over 48 hours after a knock-down, drag-out loss to Houston, Tommy Lloyd's team marched into one of the loudest venues in the country and emerged with an impressive 74-67 Big 12 road victory over Baylor.

Arizona men's basketball beat Baylor to snap a two-game losing streak Monday at Foster Pavilion, boosting their hopes to stay in the Big 12 race.

After two consecutive losses, both of which came down to the wire and could have gone the other way, Tommy Lloyd knew there was a good chance Arizona could find itself on a 3-game skid. He just didn’t want that to be because his team wasn’t ready for another tough game.
