Realtor.com already employs 400 people in Austin, where it eventually plans to add hundreds more employees, with many of those to be recruited locally

Realtor.com is the latest tech company to announce its corporate headquarters are moving to Austin. They're following the lead of hundreds of other companies that have made the move in the last two decades.

In 2019, Realtor.com opened a tech hub in downtown Austin after its parent company News Corp acquired homegrown estate startup Opcity a year prior. The East 6th Street office will now as the company's new headquarters, housing 200 product, engineering, data science and analytics employees.
