CHICAGO (WLS) -- Two women were wounded in a shooting on the South Side Friday morning, Chicago police said. The shooting took place at about 4:45 a.m. 900-block of East 45th Street.

Two 34-year-old women were wounded early Friday morning in a shooting on the South Side in the Kenwood neighborhood, Chicago police said. Shortly before 6:45 a.m., the women were standing near the street in the 900 block of East 45th Street when a dark-colored vehicle approached and two males exited and opened fire in the women’s direction,

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man was rushed to the hospital after being shot in a South Side apartment complex, Chicago police said. The shooting happened at about 8:46 p.m. in the 600-block of E. 88th Place on Wednesday, according to police. A man, 36, was in an argument with another man who shot him.
