The Autonomous Data Warehouse Cloud, introduced in 2018, was the first service based on Oracle's autonomous database. It debuted with machine learning to enable fast and simple data warehousing.

The data warehouse was recently released in version 1.0, its eighth release while undergoing development at the incubator (along with six Connector releases).
