Once SQL Server is installed and all windows are closed, the CPU usage never drops below 20% in VMM. I was puzzled by this for some time, probably longer than I should have been.

SQL far and away needs more CPU. But it also needs ALOT more RAM than 192MB. This MUST be a small project, so I would just skip SQL (neither of those sysems would run SQL very well) ...
