These regressions affecting SQL Server were delivered in the July 10 patches to Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and various Windows 10 versions (1803, 1709, 1703 and 1607).

Servers must be running the latest service packs. The Premium Assurance plan can be applied as far back as Microsoft's 2008-branded servers, including Windows Server 2008 and SQL Server 2008.
