The pilot who died in a crash at Scottsdale Airport was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who had flown for 60 years, his daughter said.

A Culver City man is scheduled to plead guilty Wednesday to recklessly operating a drone that crashed into and damaged a Super Scooper firefighting aircraft battling the Palisades Fire last month.
