NEC will own 70.74 percent of NEC Casio Mobile when the deal finalizes, while Casio will hold a 20 percent stake and Hitachi will own 9.26 percent of the new company.

Battery life is given in standby as around 500 hours for the NEC phone and 270 hours for the Panasonic model in average use. Talk time is 200 minutes and 120 minutes, respectively.
