ATLANTIC CITY, N.J.—Monopoly is making changes: The boot has been booted, the wheelbarrow has been wheeled out, and the thimble got the thumbs down in the latest version of the board game.

The board game’s arrival coincides with the return of the B.C. legislature next week, where the government still needs to pass legislation to move to a no-fault-style insurance system.
