Secondary-click the bar graph and select "Format Chart Area" from the menu. Click "Fill" on the left pane, then click the "Patterns" tab on the right.

Click the cell in your spreadsheet in which you would like Excel to display the y-intercept of your line. Type "=INTERCEPT (" without quotes in the formula bar above the spreadsheet.
