A Lego aficionado in Windsor has created the southwestern Ontario city's council out of the building-block toy, and he also has a few more Canada-centric pieces to show off.

Dubbed as the 'world's biggest Lego festival', the event will take place at seven Legoland resorts across the world: Windsor, Denmark California, Germany, Florida, Korea and New York.
