The Baltimore-based Harbor Bank of Maryland has expanded its retail banking presence to downtown Silver Spring and opened a new branch next to Java Nation at 1010 Wayne Avenue.

These include RattyRAT, a Java-based remote access trojan used for long-term, stealthy access and internal reconnaissance.
