In this blog entry, I will briefly cover how to use code folding in NetBeans 6.1 while attempting to make a case for code folding in the correct situations.

In extreme cases, I’ve seen teams throw away the whole application and start fresh with new code. Not only is time wasted when this happens, but developers are blamed and may lose their jobs.
