LOS ANGELES, CA (WSAU) – The 24th-ranked Wisconsin Badgers won their seventh straight game on Saturday night when they defeated the USC Trojans 84-69.

A dominant defensive showing and a standout performance from one of their guards paved the way for the Badgers in the first game of their West Coast trip.
John, who made it clear that he and his Los Angeles home are safe from the fires, shared a photo of a folder. The folder, he said, held pictures that he has collected of his father. John shared in October 2023 that his dad was celebrating his 96th birthday that year.
The Trojans cut a one-time 19-point Wisconsin second-half lead to three, but the Badgers outplayed USC in virtually every facet to close out the game.
The Badgers will play two games this weekend on their West Coast visit — their first-ever Big Ten matchups against Southern Cal and UCLA.
The Badgers allowed a 20-4 run in the second half, but they showed the strides they've made with a resilient effort down the stretch.
