A Scottsdale assisted-living facility has been fined $500 and its owners have agreed to implement safety measures after an 85-year-old man left the facility last summer and died.

PHOENIX — A residential search warrant executed in the Phoenix area on Jan. 27 has resulted in law enforcement officials seizing over 1,600 pounds of methamphetamine and fentanyl.

There was a drug bust at a home in the Phoenix area. DPS officials said over 1,700 pounds of meth and fentanyl were seized. The drugs have an estimated street value of $3 million, per investigators.
