A federal judge on Tuesday night declined California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s request for an immediate temporary restraining order to restrict President Donald Trump’s deployment of National Guard troops and U.

Protests against immigration enforcement raids have sprung up across the country from Seattle and Austin to Chicago and Washington, D.C.
