Will Disney World, Universal Orlando close for Helene? What to know before landfall.
Universal Orlando's theme parks are open Thursday, but Volcano Bay water park is closed and Halloween Horror Nights is canceled for the evening. Universal Studios Florida will close at 5 p.m. and Islands of Adventure will close at 8 p.m. as previously scheduled. CityWalk will close early at 8 p.m., according the resort.

Hurricane Helene is currently on its way to Florida and while the current path of the storm is expected to miss most of Florida, they are likely to get a fair amount of rain at the very least. This has led to several theme parks deciding to close some if not all of their resorts.
