Bill Gates hits a 25-year low on the Forbes 400, slipping to 9th place amid stock market gains. Despite a $4 billion drop in net worth, Gates' commitment to giving promises an eventual exit from the billionaires' list.

Now, Gates can no longer count himself among the 10 wealthiest billionaires in the world, Forbes reported Tuesday. Though Gates still has a massive fortune of $107 billion, his rank on the Forbes list fell to No. 12 this year among all billionaires globally. This is the first time he’s fallen out of the world’s top ten richest people since 1991.

"Forbes" has released its list of richest American residents. And, yet again, three New Jersey residents were named. Rocco Commisso, John Overdeck, and Peter Kellogg all made the cut. The billionaire trio also were ranked among the richest billionaires in the world last April by Forbes.
