The Ravens' John Harbaugh lured former Colts coach Chuck Pagano out of a four-year retirement to join his staff as a senior secondary coach in an effort to improve Baltimore's inconsistent pass defense.

Former Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano has been hired as the Baltimore Ravens' senior secondary coach, the team announced Tuesday evening.

After four years out of the game and offers to join other staffs, Pagano is back as the Ravens' senior secondary coach. On Wednesday, he joined "The Pat McAfee Show," where he has been a contributor during his time away from coaching, to explain why he made the decision to return.
