In that case, you’ll need a formulaic rule. But first, choose Manage Rules from the Conditional Formatting dropdown and delete the first rule. To add this new rule, do the following: Select B4:D8.

WEEKDAY(44625,2)>5 WEEKDAY(6)>5 TRUE Because the function returns TRUE, Excel applies the conditional format. Thanks to the recent upgrades, you can do a lot more with conditional formatting online.

In your Excel sheet, go to Home > Conditional Formatting > Manage Rules. Next to Show formatting rules for, click the drop-down menu to select This Worksheet or a specific sheet.

Head to Excel Home -> Conditional Formatting. Expand Icon sets and pick a relevant set for your Priority column (arrows pointing up for high priority, sideways for medium, down for low).
