Dunkirk officials hope to see a mixed-use residential and retail project on land that the city has owned for more than 40 years.

The properties had been listed with CBRE|Buffalo with an $8.3 million asking price. The two, three-story buildings are part of the three-building Waterfront Village Center office complex.
