Delete the ".exe" file extension and replace it with ".txt" to seemingly change the file to a text file. When prompted, click "Yes" to confirm that you wish to change the file extension.

Click the "Self Running EXE File" radio button to select that option and then click "Next." Click "Browse" to browse for your PowerPoint file and double-click the file to load it.
