I have it set up on some 2012R2 systems, where it's performed admirably and reliably. Not so with the Server 2016 machines, though, and I'm losing my mind about it.

The only difference with this particular MySQL server to the others we run are it's data and binlog files are on our new SAN. I'm going to try bringing both back onto local storage temporarily.
