ScyllaDB announced today that it has raised $43 million in a Series C3 round of funding, bringing total funding to date for the open source database vendor up to $100 million.

NoSQL database Aerospike today announced that it has raised a $109 million Series E round led by Sumeru Equity Partners. Existing investor Alsop Louie Partners also participated in this round.

With the tablet replication architecture, version 6.0 of the NoSQL database aims to distribute its content faster and more flexibly in the cluster.
