Nvidia’s latest GPU launch had PC gamers talking about a “paper launch” after limited quantities seemed to sell out instantly, but as PC World and Tom’s Hardware point out, there is one place you can grab a 5080 or 5090: this week’s GTC 2025 Conference.

While AI gold rush leaves gamers in the dust Nvidia has decided the best way to sell its unicorn-tier RTX 5090 and 5080 graphics cards is not through retailers or online orders, but from the back of a food truck.

From 7AM to 12PM on Thursday and Friday (they were also sold on Wednesday), Nvidia is selling RTX 5080 and RTX 5090 cards at their $999 and $1,999 respective MSRPs from the Nvidia gear van at GTC park.
