Spinner Allah Ghazanfar from Afghanistan will miss the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 due to a fracture in his vertebra. The injury, sustained during a recent tour of Zimbabwe, will sideline him for at least four months.

The Afghanistan Cricket Board, which tweeted out the news on Wednesday morning, said that Allah Ghazanfar sustained the injury during the tour of Zimbabwe in 2024 and will be sidelined for a minimum of four months and will remain under treatment during this period.
