Two people have been arrested after police said they, along with two unnamed juveniles, shot at a Spartanburg County apartment with people inside it.

Jamal Fowler, 23, and Demontre Rogers, 19, were both charged with possession of a stolen pistol, discharging a firearm into a dwelling and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
