Suspect faces new charge after remains identified as Jimmie 'Jay' LeeTimothy Herrington was arraigned Tuesday in Oxford on a charge of tampering with evidence, according to WTVA. Herrington is also charged with capital murder in the death of Jimmie "Jay" Lee.
