If you want to add labels to the bubbles in an Excel bubble chart, you have to do it after you create the chart. Mary Ann Richardson explains what you need to do to add a data label to each bubble.
The labels aren’t necessary on this simple example, but when creating a UserForm for your own data, you’ll probably want to include them. When you do, Excel’s default names are usually adequate.
Excel automatically inserts the graph, but it has no labels. Review the new green "Chart Tools" tab and ribbon at the top of the screen. If you don't see them, click the chart to enable them.
